• Log in to the WordPress Dashboard.
• Go to Appearance->Themes.
• Click on Install Themes at the top.
• Type SKT Parallax-me in search box and click on search button.
• You will see the theme. Click on Install Now to install the theme.

• Unzip skt-parallax-me.zip to your Desktop.
• Using an FTP client to access your host web server. Go to /wp-content/themes/
• Upload theme to /wp-content/themes/.
• Go to Appearance->Themes and activate theme from Dashboard.

Note: All the required plugins for this theme must be installed and activated before importing demo content.

• Go to Tools -> Import
• Install and run WordPress importer.
• Download demo content zip or get the file from demo-content folder included in theme's zip.
• Right click on parallaxmedemo.zip extract and import xml file demo data
• Click on browse, select XML file and click on Upload file and import.
• You will be asked to map the authors in this export file to users on your website. For each author, you may choose to map to an existing user on your website or to create a new user.
• You will then have the choice to import attachments, so click on the "Download and import file attachments" box.
• Please be patient while WordPress imports all the content. Posts, Pages, Products, and Menus are imported. You will need assign the menu a theme location & you’ll need to configure widgets. This is a limitation of WordPress import system.

• WordPress Admin -> Settings -> Readings -> Your Latest Posts

• Kindly visit Appearance -> Theme Options -> Sections to Manage the homepage sections.

SKT Parallax-me theme is based on one page theme. Below steps will guide you how to set up navigation with their appropriate sections.

Go to Theme options -> sections -> select any section from below. As you can see there is a text box with title Section ID so add section id to that box without having any space or symbol. This section id should be call on wp appearance menu by using # after site url. for eg: your section id is "demo" so your have to go to appearance -> menu -> select custom menu -> add menu name and link should be like this "http://www.yoursiteurl.com/#demo". So this menu name will be relate to the section which has id "demo".

  • Change URL/Link to point the read more of the slider to a particular page.
  • Ability to set up to 5 slider images in FREE and up to 10 in PRO version.
  • After Doing this you can see at the top above slider images you will see there is an option name inner page slider with this option you can enable slider for inner pages too by selecting "show" from the dropdown
• Social Settings
  • In this tab you can add social links for site social links will be displayed in footer.
• Footer (pro version)
  • First-section - In this tab you can add some text for footer which is disaplay in left side of footer.
  • Second-section - In this tab you can add logo of your site which is displayed in middle of the footer.
  • Third-section - In this tab you can add social icons for the site which is displayed in right side of footer.
• Shortcodes (available in PRO version)
  • All shortcode available in the  Appearance->Themes Options-> Shortcode Tab

• All you need to do is go to that page after Log into WordPress dashboard. Scroll down and check the section: Discussion (if not able to see check above Screen Options to show Comments).
• Uncheck the box: Allow Comments and click on Update.
• If you want to remove comments sidewide on Pages use this plugin: “Disable Comments” https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-comments/

• You can add footer content direct from theme options Go to >> Theme Options >> Footer
